Y-Fit Class Cancellation Policy
The first day Fulton Public Schools are cancelled, morning Y-FIT group exercise classes are also CANCELED. A decision regarding evening classes will be made midday. If Fulton Public Schools are canceled for a second (third, fourth, etc.) day in a row, the Y will resume normal hours for facility, Child Watch, classes and programs as long as road conditions permit.
If inclement weather forces us to close during operating hours, the decision to close or cancel classes will be announced 2 hours in advance of the early closing time.

Challenge all major muscle groups by utilizing weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music will inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!

A high-energy, non-contact martial arts-inspired workout. Punch and kick your way to fitness with moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira, and Kung Fu.

This cardio interval class, which can be low-impact dance or step, utilizes the resist-a-ball and weights for a total body workout!

This 30-minute class will kick your body into gear with a HIIT workout. Offering significant variation with each class, get ready to be sweaty!

Basic to advanced choreography on the Reebok Step, mixed with great music & fun!
Wednesday - 4:45 pm (45 min class)
The focus is structured around CardioDance movements, toning and flexibility, strength training and stretching are also incorporated into the REFIT workout. The workout formula is easy to follow and will both challenge fitness enthusiasts and welcome beginners.
