Y-Fit Class Cancellation Policy
The first day Fulton Public Schools are canceled, morning Y-FIT group exercise classes are also CANCELED. A decision regarding evening classes will be made midday. If Fulton Public Schools are canceled for a second (third, fourth, etc.) day in a row, the Y will resume normal hours for facility, Child Watch, classes and programs as long as road conditions permit.
If inclement weather forces us to close during operating hours, the decision to close or cancel classes will be announced 2 hours in advance of the early closing time.

Interval training for all fitness levels. Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves to invigorating music.
The focus is structured around CardioDance movements, toning and flexibility, strength training and stretching are also incorporated into the REFIT workout. The workout formula is easy to follow and will both challenge fitness enthusiasts and welcome beginners.

Silver Sneakers classes increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.*free for members
